In all our team sessions, coaching or group sessions, we invite you into a third space, the in-between  space where resilient work relationships can be safely cultivated. In this space, we bridge the gap between individuals, different perspectives and even between aspects such as emotion and reason. Through the process, you'll learn how to create this essential in-between space yourself. These are fundamental steps that make every subsequent process more relevant, secure and sustainable.

Teamcoaching

As a team you'll discover how to amplify the potential power of your team.
In a safe setting we explore how interaction is influenced by everyone's drives (power & love) and what growth opportunities your team has.
 
You'll gain insights into questions like, how do we embrace each other's diversity? How can we ensure safety while also intentionally seeking and exploring tension together. Through this collective exploration, patterns and team dynamics that hinder progress and innovation are brought to light. 

 
After the team session(s), you will have developed the resilience to face future challenges of your organization together.

Individual coaching

With your coach, you embark on an exploration of your personal relationship with power and love. What do these drives mean to you, and what impact do they have on your current 
functioning? Are you capable of dealing with your own powerlessness and maintain connection when you experience pressure? 
In doing so, we uncover significant barriers and also starting points to enhance your potential. This is valuable because organizational cultures often demand a lot from you. The way you can resiliently collaborate usually makes a difference.

After the coaching sessions, you will be able to more effectively harness both drives, enabling you to move more powerfully and empathetically in both your work and personal contexts.

a third space groups

In a small group of five participants, you come together online seven times under the guidance of a third space
Together, you get to know the drives power and love through assignments that are performed during or between the sessions. By sharing your experiences and hearing from others, you inspire each other, offering a different perspective. This can be enlightening, especially because, due to our positions, we often receive little honest and sincere feedback.


After these  sessions, you will not only have insight into your own drives but will also have developed an understanding of creating the safe in-between space (a "third space") in which you can build resilient collaborative relationships.

3 reasons to work together with a third space

In all its programs, a third space creates a combination of "care & dare": providing enough safety (care) to build profound trust while also offering challenges (dare) to allow each unique perspective and potential to surface.

The collective experience of our team ensures a variety of perspectives and methods (voice dialogue, narrative coaching, ACT/EMA, Deep Democracy, Theory U, etc.), allowing us to investigate each issue in an appropriate manner at any given moment. Additionally, we always discuss every client situation with one of our colleagues outside the project to continue seeing new perspectives. 

All team members of a third space have experience and an affinity for living and working in various cultures. This enables us to maintain an open mind towards diversity and different approaches and outcomes in the third space.
